Many hands

What a good turn out of worker bees! A stranger watching us from a short distance away, said that our gig group really knew how to get along and get the job done. He was impressed! Well, the job isn't really done yet, but significant progress was made. Of course, our tea ritual really gives us an opportunity to connect too. What a great bunch of women who will do almost anything to keep the dream alive.

The Tacoma Trio - serenaded us as we worked.

 Snow cone heads?

The encircled table is filled to capacity with treats of all kind. The chutney nutty thing was delicious!

A New Year

As the rain falls and the winds howl, what better way to spend a Monday afternoon than aboard the Vérité inside and out of the weather?

January 7th - accomplishments:
Completed vacuuming, scrubbing down and rinsing the entire inside of the Vérité.
Completed sanding the stern and bow stem, and much of the white of the hull.
Dave has completed replacing the 4 frames (ribs) and is almost finished with sistering' four others.

Next Monday - January 14th, is the next opportunity for fun, fellowship and meaningful outcomes.  Because there is a lot to do - we are going to start earlier on Monday. 12 Noon until about 4:30 - 5:00. Please, if you can come for only 2 hours, it really can make a difference!!!!

Hope to see you!
