September was lovely. Good food, good friends, good rowing! Here's the proof:
October has been busy with celebrations. The Youth Marine Center was the site of a big bash.
It was a lovely recognition for Tom Rogers - 50 years in Scouting.
The WOWers made over the 75 dozen cookies!
Tom in his new captain's chair.
WOWer Muriel presented to the crew of the three boats: Odyssey, Curtis and Verite
a watercolor painting she painted of each boat.
They were absolutely beautiful. They will be on display in the
new youth classroom building.
WOWer Voski and Phil Healy - a veteran of Scouting too.
The fun didn't stop there! We celebrated some birthdays this past Monday.
Another gorgeous day- this weather!
Why has it been so nice?
Because we have been good - very, very good!
Happy Birthday to YOU!
A lovely cake for the birthday girls.
This is California Karen. Surprise! Not only a row, tea and cookies but flowers too!
Everyone had such a good time nobody complained as I took picture after picture
after picture in an attempt to get just the right one.
Just try to get them to stay in one place!
Miss Sally - our birthday girl.
Happy, Happy Times... said the shadow.
